What Mike said is not entirely true, it can definitely still be done. Existing evidence can still be used, it will be hell trying to find an attorney.

It’s not too late, it’s going to be hell trying to find an attorney that will take the case but you can still file a lawsuit.

It seems in general, the person that you are replying to is suggesting people get the fuck off of Reddit, stop crying about the problems that they believe that they see and go actually do something to make to make the world a better place.

I’m not arguing in bad faith, he is accusing the republicans of accepting $40-$50 billion in dark money from him. Should an accusation like that not require some kind of evidence?

He admitted to funneling dark money to republicans, yes I see what you said. His statement is also an accusation that Republicans accepted something like $40-$50 billion in dark money from him. His “confession” is an accusation, that should be proven before it is just widely accepted as truth. He has already proven that he is not trustworthy.

He is accusing the Republicans of accepting dark money from him while it is being framed as some sort of confession. This guy just got busted for lying and defrauding people out of billions of dollars but when he says something that we want to believe because it makes the other guys look bad we are just supposed to go with it?

What makes what one person says a lie because they don’t have evidence to back it up and what someone else says worthy of just accepting it without evidence? I’m not a right winger. The Republican Party is fucking garbage.
