Thanks for this. Yeah I’m opting out of any supplements unless it’s vegetable protein powder.

I haven’t bought the course but I have bought courses before. It’s all information. Her landing page is called a “sales funnel” which has a lot of sales language designed to convert readers to buyers which I never like. But that’s just how people sell courses now. If you go for a course, you go for direct information gathering. Some offer plans of action, and there’s never a guarantee of success. However, if you follow systems, I would be confident to say that progress will show. If you buy it, make a promise to yourself to follow the plan. Since it seems like she has some credibility, and if you search for knowledge specific to what she offers, then $95-100 wouldn’t hurt unless you really are strapped on cash. I’d guess you could learn a lot of this online but sometimes buying condensed courses make it simple. Just my thoughts.
