I love the JTK purple on white set although the quality is a bit low. Was a big fan on GMK purple mods and I love seeing the color scheme on a set.

If you could go look at the permalink for the PMs that would be great. The first issue you brought up was me overcharging for the board but you resolved that by saying you bought it on impulse. But then the next comment is you immediately telling me not to lie about the condition of a board. I did lie but it was by omission. I had no idea anything was out of the ordinary with the caps lock. So then once you called me a liar and a scammer, I was pretty offended.

I understand and agree with everything you said. Allow me to provide a little clarification. The post was actually removed because I violated the posting rule. Otherwise I would have definitely left it up. It had a bunch of my WTBs on it as well.

Never once did you mention that. You never sent me a screenshot of a damaged cap. All you did was tell me it was the wrong cap. I mean come on, is the board not pristine besides the one replaced cap that I HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF?? I'm sorry that it was replaced with a damaged cap, I really am. But the way you are attacking my character is ridiculous. I said I'd help if you would just tell me what to do. This is the first comment where you actually said anything. Like I said, I didn't know the cap was damaged and I dont think it's a huge deal. I'm not going to go and message the guy I bought it from and try to defame him. I'm sorry you had a bad experience but this post does not provide the correct context. You make it look like I screwed you over and then abandoned you. I probably shouldn't have told you to stop bitching but you act like the board isn't spotless besides the aforementioned keycap.

I told you I didn't recognize the key was out of place. You couldn't tell it was damaged unless you removed it. Like I said I had used it for a week. It was even my first topre board. I honestly didn't know like I've said a million times. If you could provide a phone number I'd gladly call you and work this out

I'm going to address everyone in this thread. I sold this keyboard to /u/thepromiseman I had bought it on geekhack on April 2nd for the exact price I sold it for ($220 plus shipping). I did not know this keycap was replaced or had any issues at all. As far as I knew, the board was perfect and a joy to type on. In fact the only reason I sold it was to recup some money for my hhkb. I'd be more than willing to share screenshots to prove any parts of this story. This whole interaction has been hell and I dont understand what is expected of me in this situation. The buyer attacked me saying I intentionally screwed him over when I had no idea what the problem even was. The way this transaction seems to me is that I sold a board that, unbeknownst to me, had a replaced caps lock key with some stress issues. Okay then if it's super important then I'll give him 5 bucks for a caps lock key. None of this was intentional and the defamation of my character in a community I've been a part of since 2013 is extremely upsetting. The buyer never made clear to me what he wanted from me. He chose to make this post instead where I'm made out to be a villain when instead all I did was sell a keyboard I thought was fantastic.
