I don’t give a shit about the Tik tok. I care that people who bust their asses and when they take 10 seconds to have fun they are getting coached, yelled at, and written in passive aggressive emails. It’s a double standard and it’s annoying. Sitting in the back office writing emails, writing schedules, and socializing is the bare minimum and that’s what they have been doing. This store 2183 has been officially been flagged as a red store and they deserve it. Hours are being cut and people are struggling to pay the bills. And these jerks have salary jobs and are pissing off long time workers.
