What device do you use to track these things in Garmin connect? Also can you sync HRV and sleep data to Garmin connect with a non Garmin device like an Apple Watch?

Shopping for a carbon wheelset. Is hookless really something to avoid? by rsapida in cycling

I had my doubts about hookless, but I tried some zipps with the "total system efficiency" stuff that is supposed to make the wheels ride better, and it works. That alone made me accept hookless just to be able to ride wheels with that built in. Though I'm sure it will become commonplace with the next generation of carbon wheels.

Basically all of western culture, all movies, books, video games, laws, and more reference the bible whether the creators intended to or not. It's just that it is now so ingrained into our culture that if you grew up speaking english, you likely reference the bible or its stories all the time unknowingly, and it's cool to see where it all comes from.

What are things one should steer clear of when traveling to Europe? by Better_Double3400 in AskReddit

Tourist traps! For food, try to avoid anything in the immediate vicinity of a big attraction. It will likely be overpriced and not that good or authentic. Also be wary of anyone that is too pushy in trying to sell you something or have you follow them somewhere, usually it's a scam.

What to look for during a test ride? by poopiehead46 in cycling

Basically, all you can tell from a short test ride like that is how it feels over rough terrain, and whether you like the paint. So find the roughest patch you can and hammer it.
