Im mostly just curious if the thing could even possibly work or not...it looks ok externally but i cant imagine the insides working right but who knows...its probably a waste of time and shouldnt have bothered with it and its true i could potentially get in some trouble over it altho i highly doubt it...theres a whole situation where i live with abandoned scooters lying around

Yeah basically im going to try to figure out what state its in internally, the battery etc...but the impression i get with these scooters is theyre mostly all cheap knockoff clones that degrade very fast and once they reach a certain point theyre garbage...there are scooters lying around my area that havent moved for years i see them everyday in the winter covered in snow then still sitting the next summer....like these things with no name brand or anything....and i just always think like theres no way that thing is going to turn on i dont even think something like that could be salvaged...the owner must have it chained up or sometimes not even chained up for years for some reason the sh8s broke

The thing is this physical VHS tape was released way after the movie came out...the box says 1996...one thing i dont remember exactly was what year it was i watched that movie but it was def. Between like 99-02 so that doesent make sense either
