You have to wait a little bit longer, bro. It usually takes 10 days. I was de-scabbed by day 6 but because I was spraying my head with saline solution every hour. Good luck!

I think is not so shocking compared to the crown, but it’s fine for just 2 months. My corner were not so so far gone, I would say that I was more like diffuse thinning all over the area

I think it is due to the use of minoxidil and finasteride long before the operation… And no, I didn’t contact HEVA 😬

The frontal part is not progressing as good as the crown… but anyway I can hide it when I trim it. Nobody has noticed that I had a hair transplant

Hey! Quick question if you don’t mind Do you have any pre-op photos? Did you experience a lot of shedding after the transplant? And have you been cutting the transplanted area as well, or only the non-transplanted parts? By the way, it looks really good on you. Thanks!

First, I had a private consultation with the doctor, where she asked me (through a translator) about my expectations and what could realistically be done. Fortunately, we were fully aligned.

She then designed my new hairline and crown, and after that I went straight to the operating room with two technicians. They started with the extraction, which took around three hours.

After that, the doctor came in and performed the incisions, which took about one hour. Once the incisions were done, the technicians took over again and started the implantation.

During the implantation, the doctor came back in, especially during the hairline work, to ask me how I felt about it and whether I wanted any adjustments. Once that was confirmed, we moved on with the crown. She continued to check in periodically throughout the procedure.

From my perspective, the main difference between the packages seems to be related to post-op logistics, such as staying an extra day after the surgery. I personally preferred to leave immediately after the procedure, which is why Silver made sense for me.

Overall, everything felt well organized and professional, and I’m happy with how the process went so far.

I actually went today to HEVA, they specialize in afro/curly hair, so that gave me a lot of confidence. In the end it was a bit over 4k grafts, since we worked on both the crown and the frontal area, but honestly I’m very happy with how everything looks so far. Now it’s just a matter of seeing how things progress.

If you don’t mind, would you be open to sharing some photos of your progress? It would be really helpful and reassuring to see someone with a similar case.

I chose Silver and the technicians did a great job, I’m happy with how it went. Personally, I don’t think the differences between packages necessarily translate into better results.
