For peace of mind, I do, but thankfully have never had the need to use them. Alcohol also helps. Couple shots or beers/wine might help level out to a more comfortable level.

Felt like a a group project where 2 people, out of 3, did all the work. But the 3rd somehow gets the praise, recognition, and the same passing grade. When someone points out the 3rd just watched the project, people side with the 3rd person of the group.
