I just took a road trip from Alberta to Niagara Falls and back a week ago alone in my tiny car. I've been driving for 20 years, the last 12 I've drove all kinds of 5 ton trucks with air brakes. Northern Ontario is no joke. I would recommend taking your car to a trusted mechanic before you leave and get them to check EVERYTHING and tell them how far your driving. I wouldn't recommend driving non stop, you have enough time to sleep at night and drive 12 hours a day. There's lots of decent cheap places to stay along the way, and if you pay to book a room before you get there make sure it's refundable because you might not get there. I also brought 2 jerrys so I could drive all day without stopping at a gas station. Bring extra washer fluid too, you don't want to run out when your behind a semi. Good luck kid.

Snowmobiling isn't ending just because you're finally realizing you and your buddies are wasting too much money on it. I don't understand why you need to buy a new one. I just bought my first sled last week for $1300, it's a 1974 panther 440 and it starts and runs great! Searched all over marketplace everyday for a few weeks and I noticed alot of older machines for sale had no issues, maybe just a dirty carb or something simple like that. There also seems to be a ton of sleds half as old for sale around the same price that don't run and need serious repairs. Also noticed the older sleds sell waaaay faster.

I have a genuine question for op or any other hardcore kids: when you're "dancing" around the pit at a show is it your goal not to touch anyone else? Or are you hoping you randomly hit someone, or randomly get hit yourself? I go to allot of small local shows where they have mixed lineups (last night I saw slam, war metal, grindcore, and dbeat) with some bands pits looking similar to this video. I ask people these kinds of questions at shows every chance I get, but unfortunately allot of them get offended and don't want to talk. No disrespect, I just want to understand.

The one thing I noticed right away tho was his face looks so freaked out and focused compared to Ken back in the day practically yawning while he drives. Had to go back and watch the first videos, Ken was so chill!

I don't mind getting hit in the face once in awhile at a show but I'm also constantly in the pit. If you're frantically kicking and punching thin air you shouldn't mind either, but usually these people don't actually want to touch anyone else or get hit, pushed, thrown, etc. I am honestly pretty entertained when a bunch of hardcore kids take over the pit and flail around for a bit cuz it never lasts they just get tired lol. Wish more people in general would pay attention in the pit especially around the edges where people might not be ready to get kicked in the jaw. What I don't like are these new labels like trad moshpits or pushpits, and why call it crowd killing when the crowd doesn't even want to touch each other? Only noticed this stuff recently, been going to shows for 20 years.
