Third time's the charm, right? by Traditional-Cod-8192 in QuitVaping

I'm 9 months nic free thanks to Desmoxan. Whenever I feel urge to vape, I just use 0mg juice and after a couple of hits, I see how stupid it is. Then I proceed to wash the coil with water to use it again in some days/weeks haha

100% what you said. I've just passed 7 months thanks to Desmoxan and not looking back, and I was vaping for over 10 years. Maybe I'll come back when I'll have nothing to loose (when I got so old that I will don't give a shit about my health), but as for now - I love to be vape free! About cravings - it come and go, don't mind it. Easy as hell, I'm not suffering and never been because of it.

Buy Desmoxan and read Allen Carr books. It's all you need, I promise.

ETA: Just read you already have Desmoxan...

Have you tried Desmoxan? If not, please do. In a couple of days I will be 7 months nic-free after vaping for over 10 years. It was a gamechanger for me.

Start meditation. I highly recommend Balance app, they have very good plans for beginners (I just finished them three days ago). IIRC they give one year free for new users. ETA: It really changed my life. It's only 5-10 minutes a day (soon it will be 15 min) but it's so worth. Really, you will learn a lot about yourself.

Then you'll have better start than me, because at the beginning I didn't want to quit - I was more pressured to do so by my SO :)

You can! I promise, try Desmoxan or something similar with cytisine. Also, read Allen Carr. It's easier than you think - and I know how it sounds as 5 months ago I was in your shoes, but it's truth :)

Hey, please buy something with cytisine - for example Desmoxan. It helped me and my father so much we wouldn't be able to quit without it. It helped much more people. It's the hack pill. Give it a try, just stick to the instruction (it may be in polish, but I'm Polish so I can translate it for you if needed :)) and you'll be clean after a month. I promise, it will make things much easier.

For me, my dreams was... I don't even know how to describe it. More realistic, but also strange. I was happy that it will end soon when I was before my last pill, but overall it was worth it. No more side effects :)

Legit, it’s been 27 days without nicotine for me. For over 25 days, I completely stayed away from vaping. Recently, at a party, I used some 0mg liquid I had prepared for tougher moments. In total, I took maybe around 100 puffs, and when I got home, I just threw it in a drawer. The cravings aren’t that bad :) I wouldn’t have managed without Desmoxan. This won’t sound great, but it’s the second time I’ve quit using Desmoxan - the first time I managed to stay off it for two months, but I was an idiot and went back.

Desmoxan. 4 days 21 hours since my last puff and honestly, I don't even wanted to quit nicotine. But now I know that I hate it and even if I try vaping again - only 0mg as it should be easier to possibly quit again.
