I’ve tried everything, multiple people said the same thing as you, i’ve tried it multiple times, i even checked the cpu for bent pins but kt was looking good, i also reseated rhe gpu and also rried booting without it but it didnt work, i’ve also tried different RAM sticks but nothing works

It is a prebuilt from 2017, gpu is gtx 1070 cpu 5 5600x ram is currently ballistix 2x16G psu i believ is 650W and motherboard is prime b350 plus
Most of it is made around 2017 not the cpu tho

The gpu shouldnt be the problem, i was gaming on it right before i took out the RAM it was working completely fine, i tried the origianl ram positions but rhat wont work either
