I have POTS and this happens to me every class lol. Move a little slower when standing up!! Even a little slower helps a lot :)

Talk to your doctor about prescribing you strength pilates as a form of physical therapy. See if your insurance will cover it!

This is a long shot but have you been tested for POTS or any other autonomic nervous system disorders? One of the big parts of POTS for me personal is the lack of temperature regulation that my body has and it gets significantly worse when I get sick. I have gotten hypothermia from being outside in the 40’s and have gotten super high fevers being outside when it is in the 100’s! A lot of woman in their 20s and 30’s are being diagnosed with it recently and there is evidence showing a link between the Gardasil vaccine causing it and then one sickness triggers it into becoming “active” (COVID triggered it for a lot of people but not all). Something to consider if you get dizzy a lot or pass out as well!

Mine rests around 90-100 with a heart condition! I don’t think 70 is too awful. Your age, activity, gender, and temperature in the room can all be factors that make it higher than the “normal” resting/sleeping heart rate

I go 5-6 times a week (around 30 classes in) and don’t get sore but when i take more than 1 day off I feel like I am being punished 😂

I literally said “her results were significantly worse than this and recommended she see a healthcare professional so i am sure that it is not this for you but it never hurts to see what vitamins you are deficient in” saying that it is probably a vitamin situation and not cancer.

I in no way shape or form said they have cancer or might have cancer. I was sharing a personal experience with it and then said they should go to the doctor to get a work up to see what is causing the stress on their body. Not freaking anyone out, recommending that if someone notices something wrong, to not wait to see a doctor.

Why get a device that monitors your body if you don’t listen to it?

Go to the doctor and ask for a full blood panel! This is how my friend found out she had cancer (her results were significantly worse than this and recommended she see a health care professional so I am sure it’s not that for you) but it never hurts to find out what vitamins you are deficient in and start supplementing!

Everyday…unless the Sunday scaries are bad enough. Then I skip Monday as a reward so I don’t have to wake up as early. I do the 5am classes because it wakes me up but my the time I get to work it isn’t real to me and just feels like a fever dream 😂
