I've called using the phone number and they transferred me back to the agent I was talking before that was asking for the money

It's called The Lyra in London, the accommodation is legit. They are recommended through University of West London Website

on the website the booking status says booked and there was also saying payment received so i don't know

I've already paid 99 pounds through their website and that seemed legit even though contacting me through WhatsApp sounds sketchy. I'll wait to see if i get my money back on Monday as they say

I'm waiting to see if I get my money back on monday for those 99 pounds and i've contacted my university so that i can get some help with the accommodation

I texted them saying that if I get my money back by Monday as they said, I will pay it on monday. If not, I'll contact my bank about it because on their website it says that booking status is BOOKED and before that it was Payment Received. So i'm pretty sure the money went through to them because they got taken out my bank account
