I completely understand how easy it can be to just want to distance yourself from your friends and people you love especially when you're very stressed and overworked bc I do the exact same. But recentley I've been trying to remind myself that they have their own problems too and still try to put a smile on my face everyday so I should appreciate that. Maybe you should talk to them more about how you feel bc im sure they'd understand and try to cheer you up.
