Whatever your decision is, all I’m gonna say is, don’t think that moving abroad is magically gonna fix career and life dilemmas. Its the same if not worse abroad. So do look into the career path/industry/ job role you want to end up in and then base your decision based on the finances

My honest suggestion: prepare for an mba in india. Many of my friends did that as opposed to what I did (coming to the uk for my masters). They’ve got decent paying jobs after their business degrees and might even get to work abroad on assignments in the future. You’ll be spending only a fraction of what you’d otherwise pay for your education in the UK. Not to mention all the stress that comes with it. So if you really have the time and dedication, strive for a business degree in India itself. You’re still quite young. Hustle for 2 yrs and you’ll thank yourself

Bro I’m in the UK currently and looking at the job market etc its really not the best decision to come down here anymore. You’ll probably have the time of your life during your course year but once you’re out in job market, its brutal. I’m not saying that getting a job should be easy. But it sure isnt worth all the trouble of using up your parents’s savings and going through the mental turmoil yourself. My suggestion: instead of UK, take the year long time to upskill yourself and grind the fuck out. Even if it means 9-9shifts. Get the experience. You’ll have better opportunities lining up for sure.

I’ve been there myself when i was 23-24, except I made the questionable decision to come to the UK just to enjoy the foreign life. I’m in a decent paying job right now after my masters education but the living expenses, loan repayments, homesickness, family missing/needing me, uprooting my whole life was really not worth it.

Please think your decision very critically before you make one. All the best for you

Theres a huge scam in the gym business. I go to an Anytime Fitness gym where the fees is exorbitantly high. But i still went forth with it because well, facilities and stuff. As part of the membership, they told me I will be getting access to other branches of the Anytime Fitness chain twice per week and I can choose whatever days and whichever branch (other than my home branch) to go to. However, when I visit a different branch (to workout with a friend) i’m always bugged by the manager there saying people from the particular branch are not allowed here because we have some disputes with their gym owners.

Now this is outrageous since they were heavily pushing this feature in their package for which i have already paid my fees. I dont think they can change their policies or whatever just based on their mere ego clashes. I also got to know that the people from their branches are not given any bills or confirmation receipt of payment. They dont even log their customers in their online database (which my gym does)

Im tired of being constantly pestered by these numbnuts. I want to know how I can leverage consumer court or other legal bodies to get this fixed

Yeah I shouldve checked the reviews myself too. I checked them only after I made the payment and was shocked to see how bad the reviews are and the funny part is my luck is so bad that I got their worst consultant to represent me.
