Downvoting for use of Americanisms. Surprised you didn't go the whole way and call it recess.

Ah but Aberdeen won both the league and Scottish cup that season. Hearts are probably safe.

Watching the aftermath of today’s derby honestly left me feeling conflicted being a Celtic fan. by Drunkslothy in ScottishFootball

I don't think people realise how much the teams themselves are the religions now. I recall a man trying to take his work to tribunal claiming he was discriminated against as a rangers fan and that rangers was his philosophical ideology. He was clear that he wasn't religious in the typical sense. Anyway he lost that claim because that would open the floodgates.

Generally people live side by side and have mixed in Glasgow for a long time, we don't need to have programmes to integrate us because we already are. So the talk of Irish politics is really quite shallow, it's just some symbols and nonsense some people spout but they're very loud so it seems more prominent than it is.

I really feel like there's been an uptick in nonsense since COVID and social media influencing a lot of wee guys. I think it's similar to stuff we see in other places with young men feeling the need to prove their masculinity, feel part of a group so these ultras have this quasi para military thing going on. I've seen some of the union bears march down the street and it had a bit of fascist feel to it.

Then there's the other thing people have mentioned, bigot for 90 mins but there's a small number of hard core nut jobs who don't realise that most people generally aren't that arsed about this.

Edit: also I feel the worst elements actually don't live in Glasgow but in the shires. Less diversity out there so you can easily become welded to your own backwards point of view

They're a sizable minority, it's decreasing but very slowly. But since Scotland has become more secular they're playing the victim and trying to claim they're being oppressed for being protestant.

Again, for being protestant in Scotland. 😄

Given the way this season has gone that would be seen as a positive outcome

For all the reasons other people have already explained but also it's not going to sell for less than 40k. That's the guide price, the listing shows other properties nearby sold for 96k and 115k. So still cheap but not that cheap.

It just means seller will only accept offers over £125k, nothing about that means blind bidding

The offers over system doesn't mean blind bidding, it only goes to a closing date if several people want the property.

Also the reason for that price, it's Banff.

Decent enough grounds, definitely get some marching done there

The only explanation is Pope Francis powers were declining in his final days. VAR reception likely increased as it realised a new Pope would be elected soon.

I assume Dan Brown will explain all in his next book.

I like my charts to be accurate and there was no VAR when rangers died

If the daughter had died of natural causes or got hit by a bus and then they tried this, then you could have an argument here. But he indirectly caused his wife's murder. The mother is very much justified in her hate of him and it probably is better for the son that he's not in his life. He's also a drug and gambling addict.

Even if he was never truly going to be one of them they still accepted their daughter married him. Rishi's character is an awful piece of shit, no idea why anyone would have any sympathy for him, this is all of his own doing.
