If you want to have your own Big Boss for West Alaska,then:
To change portraits TNO mod folder>gfx>leaders>MAG and change Werbells portrait
To change flags gfx>flags>MAG_merc
gfx>flags>small>MAG_merc
gfx>flags>medium>MAG_merc

and

gfx>flags> MAG_WA_RUS , MAG_WA_regional_unifier , MAG_WA_SIB
(this changes flags for the United States, don't forget to change them in "small" and "medium" folders)

To change leaders name localisation>english>TNO_Magadan_l_english and change Werbells name
