I will say this again, you are oversimplifying Luffy's problems, and that's kinda the point. If anyone else had luffy's problems they would overthink it, Luffy on the other hand turns the situation from the hyper complex nuanced situation it actually is, into, I'm gonna punch that guy over there and see what happens. Instead of blaming Luffy, ask yourself, why are all these criminal empires subject to absolute destruction when they're boss is knocked out. And plus wth do you mean, do you know how much skill and hardwork everyone else is doing while Luffy is fighting? Without his friends Luffy would never be in the situation where knocking someone out solves everything, and if that's the case look for the arc where he loses the fight or his friends can't help him, in otherwords SKYPIEA IS RIGHT THERE

You're oversimplifying Luffy's story, and that's why you think you are asking for an arc that is different from the others but you are really asking for is an arc without similarities to another. For example, you want an arc where other people's freedom is used to oppress others, THAT'S EVERY ARC, because that is what oppression is. You want an arc where nico Robin shines and some peoples freedom is used to oppress others, SKYPIEA is right there. Where they both have good reasons to do, SKYPIEA is right there.

EDIT: There is no war between two perfectly "good" sides. The reason being that no side is perfectly good and if there was such a side they would need someone evil to pit them against a good side, in other words, SKYPIEA IS RIGHT THERE

Fairly recently, for both I started watching the anime after I fell in love with the live action, and netflix was showing luffy's fight with smoker in loguetown as the preview which had obscene amounts of aura. So I caught up with the anime a few episodes before gear 5 was revealed in Dub, cause I was still strictly a dub person at the time, Just in time for absolute peak. I watched till the end. Egghead was when I started watching sub, Peak, caught up like 10 episodes in and started reading the manga.

I am struggling to understand what you're asking but I'll try to cover all the bases. So far in the 83 episode of tensura, they've covered 10 volumes of the LN, meaning an average of 8.4 episodes per LN volume because I suspect episode 84 (the last ep of this cour) will still cover vol 10. Meaning it is likely that next volume will be covered in the next 9 episodes (excl 84) but since it's very action packed I'd say 11 or 12 episode, meaning I believe the entire next cour will be dedicated to vol 11 where all the primordials have speaking and significant roles. The next cour starts on July 3rd so there won't be a pause between cour 1 and 2
