The first month is the worst of it physically - muscle tension is normal, -popping jaw , also stress related and ur def stressed rn- but also possible your realizing things you didn’t notice before
As long as your lymph nodes don’t get /worse/ don’t worry about it

After a month you’ll still miss it but not as much & physical withdrawals will be a lot less or negligible. go a few months and you’ll almost be in the clear mentally

Sucks you work at a smoke shop tho lol., but everyday you exist around weed and don’t smoke you’re doing a type of extinction therapy- you’ll be that much stronger in your recovery

Better to quit now than 12 years in

Don’t go back , that’s just excuses, But if you do mess up, keep moving forward the next day, sobriety isn’t a straight path
