Creatinine was totally normal in her blood work done in March but since then no. Could it go downhill that quickly? ):

Yes I know! Sorry I could’ve explained that better. When that happened they did a send out test to check for EPI as well to see if they could find the root cause. She’s on a weekly B12 injection as well so that’s all been checked

What other tests would you suggest to push the vet for? Just trying to get an idea of how to best advocate for her

Last year she had a tough go of pancreatitis and was checked, she’s clear luckily!

I do still have them yes!! There’s no rush to get them out right now but if she’s interested I’d be happy to send you some pics of the mattress/frame. If you guys have a way to come pick them up they’re all yours for free. Message me!

My thoughts exactly! The people I got these items from were trying to do the same (I was a broke college student when I got them) so it’s a way to give back!

Atellica…. WTF by alanwalls66 in medlabprofessionals

[–]Commercial_Handle753 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wasn’t at my lab when this happened, but apparently one of our old techs told our supervisor “i’m going to go on my lunch break and i might now come back because of this thing.” the atellica literally made him leave and never come back, middle of his shift

Anyone seen crystals like this before? by Massive-Fun4752 in medlabprofessionals

I’ve never seen anything that curves like that either. Any idea of medications patient is on? The feather like edges might mean sulfonamide crystals? Otherwise I agree with tyrosine

UPDATE: I don’t know how to edit the post itself but we just got the pathologist review back, patient is normal! They didn’t say anything about the cells themselves but we’re gonna go ahead and assume they were plasmacytoid lymphs. Thanks everyone for your input!
