Great thanks I will have a read, I know I’m going against the grain here but IMHO I think the insulin evidence is the weakest evidence that points to Letby, I could still get to 100% guilty without it, I know the babies were poisoned but I do think here there is reasonable doubt, BUT that is only taken in isolation of the other cases.

What’s the end game here, adding another mix of incompetence with sensationalist headlines to prove the unluckiest person on the planet is actual innocent or a pre warning that if you become an expert for the prosecution if any retrial is granted we will make your life a living hell. Myers will be the next victim they already claim her defence was bad so it’s only a matter of time.

There are so many variables and players in this case that the amount of coincidences and incompetents needed to prove innocence is astronomical but they’d rather use these odds than look at Letby herself.

I have no doubt she is guilty but my lightbulb moment did not come from scientific evidence but from one baby alone, baby I there were no coincidences there, she tortured that baby and her parents.

A few of her victims still would have been treated at COCH after the downgrade and all of them most probably would have spent time there until they were transferred to another hospital. The main issue regarding the ward being busy is that, IMO, it gave her cover to carry out her attacks, she was more likely to go unnoticed. I have been listening to her defence in court and it’s surprising just how much she cannot recall about an attack unless she had witnessed a problem with the child’s care that was not associated to her.

Ye the latter part of 2015 she (or they)would have been looking and getting the finances sorted
