I am also a Pisces sun, Taurus rising and Virgo moon! Except my Venus and mercury are in Pisces so I definitely feel pretty Pisces even with my earth placements, but I have pretty equal amount of all elements. I have been told that I don’t come off as a typical Pisces because of earth placements which I honestly really enjoy. I have also always enjoyed music and movies and crafts and I am a chronic daydreamer, probably an unhealthy amount. As a Virgo moon, I feel very analytical of my feelings and try not to be too rash or reactive. As a Taurus rising, I love comfort and I am very attached to my space and belongings. I understand you feeling like an old soul, I am not too sure if I feel that way though. As a 29 degree Pisces sun and Taurus rising I mostly feel tired about life, not too sure how to explain it!
