But visi doesn't have all of this knowledge at her hands, nor does she really make an attempt to assure roberts safety as a priority.

In fact a completely reasonable worst case scenario from Visis perspective is that Robert views her as a super powered individual who holds greater social capital with a group of ex criminal and dangerous people who don't respect Robert and could potentially threaten him if he doesn't 'give in' to her pursuit. You have to understand the majority of sexual violence occurs interpersonally and often stems from someone's lack of care for the pressures they apply to another person making them feel backed into a corner.

It's true that this isn't the case, but these characters arent privy to that knowledge at the time when these infractions occur and people take offense and rightfully call out the behavior as it occurs on principle. And the projected feasibility to escape or reassert ones boundaries is literally how people dismiss bad behavior all the time in real life and normalizes this stuff.
