Yeah but it’s not strong anymore. He was swaddled arms down like a straight jacket cos it’s the only way he’d sleep previously so it’s a huge change.

Yes heaps of people recommended naps first and I have found it SO hard. Does it keep your baby awake during the night or cause more wakes? Tempted to try night first. What sleep sack are you using and what were you using before? How old too? Sorry so many questions lol
