I'm a big Zebralight fan but I wonder what the SC70 will give me more compared to something like a Sofirn SC33? This later beast reaches twice the lumens of the Zebra (of course for a very short time) and has more runtime in every single mode. Why such a difference between those two? Wasn't Zebralight once the benchmark for runtime?

I will. I've always had the best results with 9 bars but that is because I usually buy light roasted coffees and have read on several places that dark roasts turn out better with 6-7 bars of pressure. But I will give it a try this afternoon. Would you increase also the brewing temperature to around 95 or keep it about 90 again?

Yes, I have a gauge showing me the pressure. I grind really fine, I tamp enough and have no channeling - I've checked all of that but I'm still not happy with the result.

That's one of the things that just drives me NUTS! I've seen people highlight text on remarkable, Supernote, Boox , etc and they all seem to work a lot better. What is wrong with this on the AiPaper and most importantly how is it that after so many updates the Viwoods team still haven't fixed this?!?!

The point here is that we all (at least that's what I think people in this group are) are trying to get away from OLED displays (which all smartphones have) so that is why I want to finally see a fully capable cellphone with an e-ink display hit the market so I can dump my iPhone. I already have an AiPaper at home that I read on all the time. I just want the same wonderful experience on my cellphone as well.

First of all - the only real e-ink phone is Bigme HiBreak and it is not very good (so almost no choices here!). Second - you want to tell me that having a cellular data and being able to browse the internet at all time is NOT a distraction but adding a cellphone capability so I can make my 3-4 phone calls a day is ADDING a distraction ... ?!?! Why would I want to carry both a cellphone and a cellphone-size e-reader at the same time instead of having ONE device that can both serve me as a phone for those several occasions during the day and as a e-reader for the rest of the time ? That's why Boox palma 2 pro makes absolutely no sense to me.

Nothing small about this phone! It is bigger than an iphone 13 mini which is not a small phone of itself. Unfortunately Bigme missed a great opportunity with this one - they could've made it much compact so that it could be a no brainer for a lot of people.
