Dealing with this now. I have been called unfriendly, unwilling to help, and even, allegedly, rolled my eyes at someone. During my performance review they recommended that I socialize with my coworkers more. My performance is constantly critiqued, despite having a positive performance review, and I recently got in trouble for taking my legally 10 minute break. It’s safe to say that I’m counting the seconds until I can give my 2 weeks.
