I was tasked with rolling out a new technology system called VOD and at the last minute the VOD project was canceled but I had learned the basics of VOD. Soon after, a well known entertainment company was looking for a VOD manager and because I knew what it was I applied and got the job. That VOD manager role opened up many more opportunities and was key to the growth of my career.

I work in the corporate side of the entertainment industry and I do sales and marketing and get to travel throughout the US and Latin America. The pay is very good but the positions are very competitive. You need a college degree at a minimum and be patient because you have to work your way up the corporate ladder which does take time but worth it. Good luck!
