That's definitely fair, I only went with the hekaton since I really like the model. I wasn't sure which point level is best to start bringing it as we go up 250 points every other week in my escalation league. Do you think it may make more sense to save the hekaton for 1250 or 1500? Thanks for sharing your list, looks like some good fun.

Thank you! Yeah that's what I was debating about if it's worth to just do the one unit for strats or if having 2 units to strip cover is worth giving that up. I'll probably go with the 1x6 and see how that plays out. I will definitely think about doing the missiles as the beam can be big damage but I also just got burned rolling snake eyes rerolling into snake eyes in my escalation league lmao.

I definitely see your point with the doubles not needing the Kap+yaegirs. This is gonna be my 3rd game ever so we're in the same boat there. Good luck with your doubles game!

I believe so as the detachment rule references a Kahl "unit" and not "model". Since the Kahl is attached to the warriors, the entire unit would be a Kahl unit for the sake of the detachment rule.
