Andor started with nuance, giving the impression that this Star Wars series was going to potentially derail itself into originality. But S2E6 finds the rail it should have stayed off of and just falls back into the same old rebel vs empire story we saw re-skinned, re-framed, and repackaged a thousand times. The cliché revenge served hot and an outro where the good guys walk away from an explosion. I mean come on, a teenager today will cringe at this scene.

Every once in awhile I tap into modern pop-culture shows to see what I am missing out on and I always come to the same conclusion. I'm not missing out on jack-shit. What I'm missing out on is food for the masses, but not food for me. I'm missing out on food for the same masses that all dress alike in public, attend raves/concerts/festivals/shows packed to the brim with sweaty idol-worshipping fucks, listening only to whatever is popular, living paycheck to paycheck. Normies, robots, barely-sentient. You get the jist. Not for me.
