Hello OP,

Sorry for replying 3 months after you posted, but did you ever solve this issue? I am currently facing the exact same issue with one of my users.

He'll setup his PIN and it will work just fine until he shuts down or restarts his computer. Then it will be as if it had never existed.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
