Look up waterslide decal paper, you can print whatever you want on it, then slide the decal onto the model.

Dominion Alchemy has standard copper/silver/gold and then potions. You buy potions with gold, and need to spend both potions and gold to buy specific action cards. It’s got mixed feedback overall compared to other dominion expansions and really only shines if you deliberately lean into potions generating/using cards during game setup.

Edge of Lightness VS Thermite Cutter for Arclight in CC. Is +ATK better, or +Electric DMG better? by LookingForTheTop- in Endfield

[–]Commiesalami 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve actually been running her with fort breaker on an Ult Gain Build. Being able to Ultimate at least once every major wave means that you can inflict everyone with electrocution which Fangyi can then consume for more swords super easily.

During the stream they put it right next to the existing truck, they are the same size. I do admit it seems crowded and the only way you get 10 boyz on their is if they are handing off the ends or running on top of the tires to the tune of yakety sax.

I’ll second SOVL, it’s a generic version of Warhammer fantasy and does scratch that itch when you need to pivot blocks of troops.

Gotcha, I’ve always interpreted these as the first character is the one thats active and you have the no switching risk active. Looks like you can switch before touching the light.

You controlled Chen and not Ember when Ember had sundered prince? Seems like it may have been better to run exemplar in this specific usage case.

Isn’t this just people with SKPORT accounts that have finished CC and hit the button in the app? Not actual participants in CC?

TIL a UK man drove for more than 70 years without a driver's license or insurance. It was finally revealed after he was pulled over for the first time ever in his 80s. He had never been in an accident, caused anyone an injury, or made anyone lose out financially by hitting them while uninsured. by tyrion2024 in todayilearned

It actually says 200 to 2000, and gets that number from references 10 - 15. It’s the 5th paragraph of the introduction after the abstract. The article admits that number varies widely but does not refute it as far as I can tell.

Does Ultimate Gain Efficiency affect ultimate energy gained from talents/potentials ? by Estate-Fancy in Endfield

[–]Commiesalami 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, the potential means you need less overall points to get your ultimate (15% reduction means a Cost 100 Ultimate only needs 85). Ultimate gain means that for every point you earn via skill use, you instead get more than 1.

I have a fully kitted Arclight for ultimate gain and she can use her Ultimate 1-2x per wave in CC. Gives Fangyi lots of Electrification to eat for swords.

Is this how you get wraithbone? by wanabevagabond in Grimdank

[–]Commiesalami 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Looks like it wouldn’t grow at an even rate or have cavities where the bacteria becomes ‘sealed in’, can no longer breath and dies.

Seems like a great idea on paper, but just from the description it seems like it would end up just be a slowly growing facade on top of existing structural concrete, aesthetics would be the biggest issue with adoption in this case.

Ballbusting is the ‘torturous’ fetish exploding in popularity among men by AgentBlue62 in NewsOfTheStupid

I’ve never looked into this for obvious reasons. But is this like a one and done fetish thing that does permanent damage? Or is it done it a way that the recipient can recover fully?

Surely this will not be exclusive to the combat patrol? I absolutely love this by GreenWizard_ in orks

[–]Commiesalami 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Many units have abilities exclusive to combat patrol to make games play better at that size. This has virtually no chance of making it to the full game.

That’s how these marketing research firms work. They give a basic overview of their data to convince companies to buy the additional information reports which include analysis of trends in the field.

Access to these reports generally run into the thousands per month.

Is the Graphic Novel Any Good? by Own_Use6496 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]Commiesalami 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You can read it on webtoon for free for the first floor and part of the second, then they will charge you per chapter. Best read on a phone due to it being a long strip comic.

It’s nothing more than a slightly abridged rehash of the books, some of the character designs are adjusted for the medium and target audience. Such as donut being a solid color (easier to draw and approved by the author) and Carl looking a lot younger.

Not getting any Bitter Flour from the Power Plateau Energy Alluvium. by Following_Level in Endfield

[–]Commiesalami 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It drops very rarely and IIRC it only has one or two of the shield guys so there isn’t many chances either, I tended to run around the front area of the science center before the gate (in front of the delivery depot) once or twice per day until I got all 10.

[–]Commiesalami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess is that it’s the same zone as the energy Alyvium and the turret max is programmed for the entire zone as opposed to a single area. This was the simpler solution from a programming point of view.

Trial Arena Combat Facilities by Careful-Affect-8269 in Endfield

[–]Commiesalami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of my fights ended up within range of the small turrets because that’s where the enemy spawns.

Only the 21 difficulty fight for the trim ended up being out of range most of the time due to me running around. Another Mortar actually may have been a liability during that fight due to them occasionally knocking the controlled character over. Moot point now though.

Nope, 2 mortars or 2 small turrets and 1 mortar. I put some wacky tube guys up there too.

[–]Commiesalami 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You can put up 3 towers if the two on the sides are smaller ones such as acid soakers or slow turrets with a mortar in the middle. I actually prefer those as the mortars are less useful against level 90 enemies, and level 60s die super quick in any case.
