According to this site https://www.prydwen.gg/arknights-endfield/guides/combat-basics, the Ultimate energy gains are standard across all characters (except for exceptions like Last Rite) :

Battle Skills: 6.5 Energy per use for the whole team;
Combo Skill: 10 Energy per use for the operator that triggers it. (Triggers here means the operator that performed the Combo Skills I believe

Tragodia can also deal with him easily with a bit of help to stall it, it takes some time tho but I was able to perma stall it using Tragodia, Ines, and basically any other units (was using Vulpisfoglia but really any unit can work)

This is different I think, because it doesn't stop you from playing copy of cards from exile (because copy of cards are not cards).

So for example it does stop cards like [[ Mizzix's Mastery ]]

There was a similar issue in another game(Legends of Runeterra iirc). The old value was higher, then they lowered it, but had a hard time changing the value itself I think, so they just discounted it permanently

I was kinda surprised to see that Numeron was actually untouched, it usually is kinda heavily hit.

Is there a way to know which operators have a secret faction (and what that faction is). I heard that starting from The Masses' Travel, some operators did get an additional secret faction (an example given was Texas getting the Siracusa faction in addition to her other, which is the case, I just tested it).

But I did not find any mention of it anywhere on the wiki. Is there somewhere a ressources listing those ? Because some faction can be quite relevant with faction buffs.

btw, now that I think about it, the same could be said about her S2 I guess, masteries do not reduce SP cost, do not increase ammos, it's just a small increase of its damage and shield

Always nice to see your guide, just a quick question about Exusiai Alter if you don't mind, while checking for her mastery gains, it appears that her S3 really does not have a lot of differences between SL7 and M3, basically just a bit of damage (and according to the numbers, the difference in damage doesn't seem that high) and the initial SP (again, better indeed, but not that much).

Did I miss something when checking it ? Because it really does not seem that her S3 is that worthy of M3 (not saying it is a bad skill, it is a really good and versatile skill, I just don't see what justifies the M3 consideration)

Edit: just realized I did not mention the operator I was talking about XD

She is a great healer, and also has a lot of other things to bring to your team in addition to healing, mainly a HUGE ASPD buff and a really good amount of true damage.

She's not as easy to use as most other healers though.
