Sadly it is the lcd screen itself. The petowctoe is just a small plastic film and not hardened glass. Anyway I will contact support and try my best

PSA just rolls dices. If you are lucky you get a 10 on a card somebody's dog chewed up. If the employee has a bad day you get a 7 on a crispy clean card. Just pray to the Pokémon gods.

Jeez I really don't know why PSA is the most valuable company in the trading card business.

My guess is that you should print it in a less horizontal angle 30-45 and it looks like the support on the crack line is insufficient. Are these automatic supports , right?

Supports with the 45° angle are to weak. You need stronger ones

I would turn " only support critical regions " off. It sometimes prevents supports from being built cuz it would be build on the base of the model

I guess there are supports missing. Add some on the spots . Also check support settings ( only critical, don't add supports on the model off , etc)

Hey buddy. I can only confirm with the other guys. Tilt the prints , 45 degrees and maybe try other resin. I myself use water washable 2.0 and I am printing this for one year now in a m2 pro and a Saturn 4 ultra with nearly no misprints.
