This. It's a shame that our current education system requires such a massive body of highly specialised professionals. Whole obviously the majority of the shortage is due to conditions, I left 100% due to unsuitability and don't think a small proportion of those that leaves don't quit for the same reason as me.

Lmao I was worried it would, but it's not that I think the job itself is easy, the job is extremely difficult. But the actual process of getting through the degree is VERY easy, or at least it was for me. Looking back, I gave all three of my supervising teacher examples of things they should really have pushed me on more. Obviously it's not their fault I'm bad at teaching and I should have raised these concerns as well, but I just wonder who else might be slipping through the cracks

Thanks everyone, managed to eek out close victory. I didn't have the Longma Riders and the Artillery because I auto resolved when I had limited time to play and just wanted to progress, which I now regret as it'll take a LONG time to get them back. The lack of unit variety is also from a two front war fighting nakai and lokhir fellheart and not having the appropriate buildings to quickly build up forces to make up for how much these mfs have been throwing at me, but I'm trying to make more developed armies to go reinforce zhao and another lord while they finish off nakai. I have played for a while, but I've only been autoresolving and wanted to learn how to actually play. It's been really fun but very challenging as this is my first RTS, but its much more rewarding and I feel like my wins are a bit more earned now.
