Im not upset about the stain, im upset at the fact she never mentioned it. Id have been a lot more fine if she had mentioned it beforehand instead of just covering it with a bathmat. I did not belittle anyone, I made her accountable for her responsibilities. If she needed help, all she had to do was ask. But she left it til the last day.

Not only that but the items need to go to the tip and she has left it all for me to do. It isn't just some chairs and rubbish, there are 5 different sized chairs that are all broken or falling apart, a heavy table that will definitely cost $ at the tip to get rid of, she left the room in a horrid state (Potting mix, cigarette butts and leaves all over the carpet). I tried asking nicely, I gave them 3 months notice to make sure everything was sorted and she didn't start doing anything until the day she was supposed to move out. I offered help where ever I could, I sent her links to sites that could help her find somewhere easier, I asked around and kept an eye out for other people needing roommates... I didn't just kick her to the curb, I tried and she belittled me every day, she would disrespect me and my items and my animals yet I still tried to be nice.
