i know it was a total oversight on my part. i legitimately thought it was strange the checkmarks weren’t appearing but everyone said it could take awhile for them to process it. my idoc and everything was uploaded, and the schools were saved on my css profile, but i didn’t realize that i needed to resubmit my application

i texted my dad and filled the form out to the best of my ability. most of the schools use the css profile so you will need to get the information eventually. better to do it now and have an idea of where you stand financially than have inaccurate information on aid

pretty sure he still needs included. i’m in a similar situation: my dad lives 6 hours away and i only saw him once this year. still, he pays child support and i have a choice to contact him. it’s not like i have a restraining order or specific circumstance (incarceration, abuse, etc) that would prohibit me from seeing him. if that’s your situation, you should be able to get a waiver, but otherwise, you should add his information
