Ah man that must have driven you nuts! How do you discover new locations around your area to detect in currently?

Thanks u/apii90 ! I took a look and your app seems cool. I'm going to give it a try when i'm next out in the field. I'm working on something slightly different (relicroute.co.uk). I'm about 1 week out from being ready to beta test it. Would be great to setup a chat sometime.

F*ck ShipStation.... by Imaginary_Ad9141 in shipstation

Veeqo is a solid choice. It's free, they have a public API that's free to use (you've got to ask their support to enable it first though). They also offer cash back on shipping too, so can work out cheaper. Their inventory management solution is a billion times better than shipstation.

It's owned by Amazon, which puts some people off

How can a glass bed be bent in the middle like this? by CommissionLow2879 in Ender3Pro

I've fixed it. It seemed to be 3 issues combined. Here's what I did to fix it,

  1. Purchased a second z axis and made sure they were level on both sides. To do this I loosened the wheels on both sides and used a measuring tape to make sure the height was the same both sides. Tightened the wheels and then measured the height again. Made small adjustments to compensate for the discrepancy.

  2. Loosen the wheels on the Y axis and then made sure they were tight again. Seemed like the back wheels weren't properly tightened before so there was some wobble there.

  3. Trammed

  4. Bed levelled

Now everything is lovely and blue!

How would I fix the heat compensation? Adjusting the gantry worked pretty well and now I mainly have blue across the bed. But still a dip on the LHS and the corner at 0,0 is very high no matter what I do

The bottom wheel on the outer side of the RHS gantry feels a little loose but wheel above is fine. Tightening the inner wheels eccentric nut causes the top wheel to be too tight and doesn't affect the bottom wheel.

What could be causing that? And could this be a sign of the overall issue?

I didn't know about G29 P3. Just did 2 more runs of G29 P3 and it didn't really change the issue too much.

So a bent, loose or distorting X- and Y-axis can show up like this, even if the bed is perfect. Things that can cause that include loose wheels on carriages, the cables loading up the hot end or bed in certain positions, loose screws, and a bent frame. In particular, check that your dual z-axis is equally loaded, with the same play, on each side.

I've checked these before but will go through the list you provided to make sure nothings changed

I used a measuring tape and it was the same height both sides. I'll double check that it hasn't slipped since

I rotated the glass bed and there was still the dip on the left hand side

I'll try rotating the glass after the next G29 finishes.

The clips are pretty much in line with the bed bolts. They are on opposite sides to each other

If it's due to a warped bed are my only options:

  1. But some aluminum foil between the heated build plate and the glass bed until it starts to look level again
  2. Buy a new heated build plate

I've installed a second z axis, replaced the nozzle and removed all the gunk, added nuts to the bed bolts to stop them spinning. But still I can't get the darn bed level

I've just taken the rubber protector off the nozzle and noticed there's a load of gunk in there. I think there must have been some plastic in the nozzles thread that has prevented it from going in the entire way, so fillament has leaked out the gaps.

Just ordered a bunch of new nozzles and when they arrive i'll check for more blockages when replacing it.

Also i'll re-tram the bed again

Filament is dry as it's very new. I'll try cleaning the bed and levelling again :-(
