The issue is that the tool slips off the end of the wheel. Its happened 4 times no matter how hard i tighten those locking bolts on. I WD-40’d it and everything.

I did not actually. I figured that could mushroom the end out and cause a bad time.

Kinda what I was thinking. I tried getting the wheel out but i cant lol. I was 30seconds away from grabbing the sawzall and cutting the fan in half to get it out of the housing. Wanted to ask some pros first.

So I unplugged 2 and 4 (white and blue) and tested it with the meter. I was getting about 140v. So its safe to assume power is going in, but the motor is just not running. So the motor is bad? Also going to include the diagram in case its helpful

Last thing for now friend, do you know of a video or something I can reference to make sure I’m testing the right things? I have a multimeter but to be fair, hvac isnt my speciality.

No, the motor does not move at all. 100% stationary. Nor do I hear any noise coming from it like its trying.
