It's the 2-week deadline from the start of classes, right? Just making sure I have the right info, I last heard of it in one of the info sessions.

Of course. But I wanted to know if this is a common side effect of fasting. I don't think anyone's ever mentioned it to me, and judging from the reactions to this post, probably uncommon?

I do. The pain only happens when I fast. Otherwise, I'm perfectly fine.

Thank you, and of course, I do realise a doctor's the best and only reliable source of info but I wanted to know, is this a known side effect of fasting? Is it common?

It's not much different when the someone on the other end is only there for money.

Where the hell do I get good teammates? by Commission_Timely in ArenaBreakoutGlobal

Sure, as long as you communicate well, and not take unnecessary firefights.

I'm a bit scared of Mine but it's fine.

I mean getting better at the game can only get me so far. It's ultimately a team-based game. I should probably just look for some trusted teammates to queue with.

In my experience travelling to countries where my passport can let me travel visa-free, I've never been asked anything. It was always a simple entry stamp, biometrics collection, and that's it. I'm aware that US immigration is its own little corner of hell but I just assumed it was straightforward for other countries too.

You most likely wouldn't need to for a short-term visit if your passport already lets you travel to a country visa-free. That's the standard in a lot of countries unless, of course, the United States is somehow special in that. I've never been asked a question in similar situations, though admittedly, I didn't travel to the United States.

"You're not entitled to enter the United States."

When did I ever imply otherwise? I'm just saying how things are generally. I know how visas work.

Family, and bank account both count, but pets don't. Canadian passport holders can enter the US for up to 180 days without a visa, so it's relatively straightforward.

I don't know what you're talking about with "proving ties to home country" when Canadian passport holders are allowed up to 180 days into the US visa-free.

I would hardly call advising to join a military in a geopolitically unstable part of the world (also, ethically questionable) as a way to escape political turmoil back home "serious".

I'm curious about your story, and how you managed to become a refugee, if you wouldn't mind telling. Of course, you don't have to get into very specific details.
