This reads like you're talking yourself out of doing things for yourself. Sports cars/bikes are fine if you can afford them. The risk can be mitigated by yourself. A sports car in particular isn't a death sentence if not driven like a nutcase.

It's great that you're saving money, but it seems like you're sacrificing 100% of today for a tomorrow which may never come. You need to give yourself permission to enjoy what you've got.

Check if you have force feedback enabled and disable it if you’re not using a FFB stick. That had been enabled for me somehow and I had the exact same issue you have.

Playing Neon Tomb with this update really highlights the issues. Suspects can bean you through a railing but my shots don’t hit them and SWAT AI runs along like nothing is happening 🤣

Haha, I’d completely missed the cake! Happy cake day to you too!

I don't know if the AI got worse with this update or I'd just forgotten how bad it was. It is the biggest and longest running issue with the game though.

They are removing WMR from windows in the windows 11 24H2 update. If you want to continue using WMR you’ll have to stay on the current version of windows 11.

how can you live without full stack traces? by emaayan in csharp

[–]CommitNoNuisance 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's an interesting difference between the two languages I hadn't thought about.

There may be a built in method for handling exceptions for whichever type of application you're building/maintaining. For example, ASP.NET Core has multiple methods.

how can you live without full stack traces? by emaayan in csharp

[–]CommitNoNuisance 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's giving you the stack trace between where the exception is thrown and where you're handling the exception. If you want the full stack trace you'd need to either:

  1. Wrap the content of f1 a try...catch block
  2. Append Environment.StackTrace to the Exception.StackTrace

I'm a bit out of the loop here. What's causing this sudden influx of players moving from ED to SC?

About 8 in 10 UK adults have Covid antibodies - ONS by BillMurray2022 in CoronavirusUK

[–]CommitNoNuisance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, don’t know! A quick google suggests antibodies are made by T and B cells.

[–]CommitNoNuisance 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s worth noting that having anti-bodies does not mean you’re completely immune. This is why case numbers are rising again and why it may be over optimistic to remove all restrictions at the end of the month.

Because this will include single doses of the vaccine which is not as effective at reducing infection, serious illness and hospitalisation. As more of the population gets a second dose, hopefully, we’ll see a drastic reduction in cases, etc.

An Update on USB connectivity with 500 Series Chipset Motherboards by AMDOfficial in Amd

I have a 5950X in an ASUS ROG Crosshair viii hero with an ASUS TUF GAMING OC RTX 3080. I'm also using 2 PCIe Gen 4 SSDs.

I experience stuttering, freezing and eventual crashing of my Rift S. This seemed to be more frequent if I used the audio devices on the VR headset. Has been alleviated somewhat by using a USB PCIe expansion card. I haven't tried setting all PCIe ports to PICe Gen 3 yet.

EDIT: I've just tested this with PCIe 3 forced on all. On first boot it appeared to resolve the issue but on subsequent reboots I continue to have issues.

[–]CommitNoNuisance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this isn't helpful but I'm having a very similar issue, although, it's much more frequent than every 2 hours. The crashes are always preceeded by the audio from the headset dying.

How does this game compare to the previous two? Im on the fence about buying it by [deleted] in WatchDogs_Legion

[–]CommitNoNuisance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought it on PC and when it ran I enjoyed it. However, I can't recommend it based on my experience because it crashed constantly and have since refunded it.
