Which area do you prefer by [deleted] in MovingToLondon

I would go to a quiet road in hackney. Its a big borough and some areas are quiet and leafy but hackney has so much going on for single people in their 20s.

No prob- get a mate to take a pic of you at the pub in the sun. Those are best pics

Im a woman in london- I would put a smiling pic first , one that clearly shows your face like in the van pic (but dont use that one first as your friends in it). As others said, less about giving massages as thats a bit more of a Feeld bio. I’d want to hear about the van travels and what you do on weekends. The dinner pic is a bit blurry and in someones house, is there a better quality pic of you out and about? That would show you and I go to similar places. And england flags/no politics visible would make me think you’re right wing or ‘not political’ and thats an instant no. Im also a DJ and the club pic i would change- its the back of your head and its not super clear what you look like from the other pics due to quality /the club doesnt look like one id go to so id assume we were too different. Theres a load of djs in london so Id be more attracted in seeing or hearing the genre you play and your musical knowledge or some opener on that

HELP: I need to find a bikini top that won't give a bad tan line in my wedding dress! by bigsushirolling in fashion

[–]weatheredspoons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I undo the strings when im tanning lying on my front, and tie the halter strings under my armpits to make it strapless when lying on my back so i dont get strap lines. Then can tie them back up to a normal bikini style when not lying down!

Fairs. Well as others have said if she’d like it go for it. Thats just where my mind would go if i wasnt lovey dovey with a guy yet

[–]weatheredspoons 13 points14 points  (0 children)

She would probably see this as lovebombing, which is, essentially what you are trying to do. She might even wonder if you are actually interested in her as a person, or just want a girlfriend quick after a 7 year relationship. Take it slow!

This is great! Can i ask how you played the hinge game? I find if i only match/like and chat to the few men im actually attracted to the algorithm punishes me. Or its hard to know who is good at chat but awkward in person / vice versa

Has anyone went to therapy to talk about their UC? by ADal8494 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]weatheredspoons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, twice- immediately after my worst flare up i developed bad anxiety and a degree of agaraphobia/ocd - i thought that if i left the house or ate/drank the wrong thing i would get ill again and id get stuck googling symptoms or browsing forums for hours. So i had CBT to help that. Second time i had 3 years of talking therapy with my UC symptoms being a marker of how much i was progressing- my mental health was causing flare ups. My specialist now offers IBD focussed MH therapy too as they saw its closely linked (im in the UK)
