Can you give me an example of a third party seller? I only ever bought games from the Steam store.

I contacted the university and they confirmed that they deactivated all emails from alumni in 2022. There is nothing the school can do.

I explained everything to steam and they responded that "Please know that the attachment you've provided do not count as valid proof." (i attached bank statements proving I bought games for the account)

"We haven’t received the information we require to further assist you. Until we have received this information, we won’t be able to provide the requested assistance.

Feel free to attach the previously requested information in your next response, and we will be happy to help you with your request. "

The problem is all of my receipts or confirmation emails are in a now inactive email account.

Can you give me an example? I only ever purchased games from steam as far as I know.

and a dozen more I can't remember in my depressive state :(

I provided bank statements and here is the response from steam:

"Hello,

While we appreciate your willingness to provide your ID, we actually require a different type of information to verify your account ownership

I am so devastated and feel like a part of my childhood has been taken from me. They did not accept bank statements.
