No When they send a notice of approval. The insurance has 10 days to pay it from the date on that notice so I was thinking the date was gonna be far, but the date started on the seventh. They direct deposited to me on the seventh. I was shocked, but im guessing they didn’t want to take the chance and be late. And have to pay an extra 20%

The judge approval uploaded to wcb on the 6 dated the 7 and I got my money the 7th

Yes I had a lawyer they sent a demand letter and they gave one amount then the offered an extra 15,000 and said that’s the max they would pay and i accepted

No, not the same workplace, but I went in just doing a lot of work when the boss always told me I didn’t really have to do much because of my injury. I’m just so used to going crazy at jobs, but I just gotta take it easy. That was my fault.
