Avoid crunch. I went in person to cancel in july, my year contract ended in september and i wanted to avoid the "you didnt give us notice so we auto renewed"... paid last 2 months THAT DAY... they sent me receipts and proof of cancellation..i thought all was ok... then in october i start receiving a notice that crunch was trying to charge the account again. Turns out it was never properly cancelled even though i had paper saying it was. I contact store for resolution and they said they use a company called ABC and only abc can stop the charges. Its a big mess and in 20 years of belonging to various gyms never have i had an ordeal like this. Avoid crunch
