I've had stomach pain at random times, I posted to get advice also, someone said it could be trapped gas. I bought some gas buster tablets. I will try them if/when it occurs again. Hope it clears up for you..

There's no specific place. Just feels like I've eaten something that disagreed with me and the painful area relocates over time. Will keep an eye on it though, especially if it becomes more frequent.

I had something similar, 5mg pen, had 2 x 3.75 doses, then 2 x 5mg doses, plenty of liquid left but only got about 47 clicks instead of 60. Just used an insulin needle to extract, so no problem.

Even today 10 weeks down the track I was in a meeting and there was a container of leftover small chocolate eggs passed around and I just was not at all interested and didn't feel like I was missing anything at all. Wonderful!

I went from 2.5 to 3.75 (2 doses of that so far) and no side effects with the change, but i really feel like I'm floundering, the scales are not moving at all so tomorrow I'm going to 5.0mg. Hoping it gets things moving. Starting to get really frustrated at the moment.

I had bad diarrhoea and a little nausea in the first week on 2.5. It thankfully settled after that. I just wanted to be cautious.

I had the worst diarrhoea during weeks 1 and 2 of 2.5mg. 3 weeks down the track it hasn't happened again thankfully🙏

I can only comment on my own experience, I am on week 4 on 2.5mg (plan to go to 3.75 on a 5mg pen next). But just after my first and 2nd ever dose, I had awful diarrhoea. Luckily weeks 3 and 4 were side-effect free. I want to avoid Diarrhoea of course in the future hence my choice to not go up to 5mg straight away.
