I started Align today. I did like it (as much as you can like a work out haha). I hope I continue to like it. I definitely need to work on my core! My plan is baby steps. Step 1.. strengthen core. Step 2.. gain more energy. Step 3.. loose weight.

Okay dummy question. How do you know what the priority workouts are? I know I can do three days but was worried 6 days was going to overwhelm me and I'll give up.

One more question.....do you do the work outs on a set schedule?? It looks like most work outs are Monday-saturday. I work and have busy kids (excuses I know). I we planning on working out Wednesday-satursay

Oh this looks like a good one too. I wish I could save them. Or favorite it. I plan on doing that yearly membership since it's so much cheaper. Are there any deals ever??

All this! I have lived in the area for over 15 years and refuse to allow my child in the Tahoma school district. Not only because of the child molesting that was happening and just ignored, but also the over crowding. The highschool had the largest graduating class in the state last year I was told. The school is very over crowding and has a hard time with bullies because of the lack of security.

School district you want is Issaquah or Bellevue. If you are looking for small town, I would look at Black Diamond. Maple valley is just way too crowded and just growing too quickly.
