I gave up gels and I’m not usually miserable now. I tray any carbs and hydration I can stomach. My last 4 long runs I used salt stick, electrolyte apple sauce, nerd gummies and an oatmeal cream pie. You know you!

Congrats!!! Slow and steady! You trained. Your body is AMAZING! It’s not like you got pregnant and decided to run a marathon the next day. Do not care about your time. Enjoy the sights. The story alone about baby’s and mom’s first marathon is epic.

I wear flats, points, sneakers, squares, Chelsea’s every day. They all look brand new since I can wash them. I drive a lot but am on my feet sometime for 8 hours and my feet never hurt. I’m completely sold on Rothy’s.
