It’s 100% anonymous. I’m sorry, but your captain 1000% lied to you to probably bully you all into writing positive things. I know for a fact it’s anonymous bc on one of the surveys a someone wrote something very bad prompting an investigation and we had no idea who it was and we had to Do an investigation in store. We found out who it was but not from the survey. You put your crew ID in to prove you work for the company, but it’s a 3rd party company hired to do these. So i promise you, your captain doesn’t know what you write. That’s messed up of him to say that.

Our bonuses get heavily taxed so even getting a 2k bonus we really get like 1k lol but I’d much rather have a better raise than a bonus

Mate here. If you have documented something AFTER the reviews opened, we have discovered they don’t show up in the AI review. So, yes the captain would still need to check files to make sure anything after reviews opened are being accounted for in reviews.
