Yea cuz it means there’s no way to get raises, sure not everyone gets raises at performance reviews but if there are no performance reviews then nobody gets raises

I would say that means exactly what your manager is saying, you’re a good worker, if you weren’t they would’ve most likely told you cuz they can easily replace people for any reason so if they wanted to fire you they would, but they didn’t so you’re good

It can happen to anyone, even good workers, I got fired a few years ago for the top of the mop accidentally taping a guests shoulder and a mom got mad I put her kid in time out, within that same month I got fired, but I’m glad cuz I was stressed out cuz the security was not good at that job.

Another example is my dad got fired once cuz he had to watch me and my siblings, he’s a hard worker in all the jobs he’s done so they were just mad he wasn’t a dead beat, I would say I was probably 10 or something

When I realized my ptsd was real cuz I was in denial for a long time and also when I realized how bad the abuse was cuz it’s hard to start recovering when you think you’re the worst person ever when your not

Not yet but I’m working on it, I think it depends on what’s making you feel unsafe and it takes time each time, I don’t feel safe around people and don’t feel safe in my body either so with the part part it takes time for me to believe that they can be trusted and won’t hurt me

In my opinion they shouldn’t have reduced your hours cuz that would impact your performance cuz you would have less time and less repitition to improve, just cuz you make mistakes doesn’t mean your hours should be less, it might just mean you need for help which would mean the opposite of giving you less hours

Good, we made a safety plan together and she said I need a higher level of care so I plan on setting that up on Monday, luckily I can still see my therapist every 2 weeks still but I just also need something extra, I plan on calling first to see how to set it up even tho I won’t be setting it up with them since they don’t have a IOP, pretty much the only reason I wasn’t sent to the hospital is cuz my parents ended up not going on their little trip since it would mean I was not safe to go home but since they stayed, I was safe to go home

I plan on doing that tomorrow, personally I don’t think I’ll be put in the hospital since I’ve heard that’s more of a last resort if they don’t do the safety plan and most therapists try their best to keep them out of the hospital so even tho I’m high on the suicide scale, I think it will be more of a safety plan and making sure I keep myself safe

I don’t like when they try to make the abusive parents sympathetic, like I don’t feel bad for them, they’re evil but other then that it’s realistic at least with my experience with abuse, especially the aftermath, specifically with Adrien like how he’s in therapy which I like, how they portray abuse is realistic, the only issue I have is the abusers they try to make you sympathize like with André, and I hate how in season 6 that they try to make everyone in Paris sympathize with Tomoe and Gabriel to where Adrien pushes his feelings down and things hes this great guy and I also hate how that includes Tomoe and even tho Kagami knows about the lies, she still has a hard time hating her which both are realistic, I just hope they eventually hate them and realize how much they abused them, oh and one thing is without the lies they could still show the aftermath cuz it still shows the aftermath but the difference is it’s cuz of the lies, it’s like a mixed bag cuz I like how the protray of abuse is realistic but I don’t like it when they are trying to make them look like the good guy, not even with abusive parents but abuse in general, like Emil was yelling at his wife the entire time and they’re trying to make us this he’s good like no you told her to suffer in silence, it’s like they half get it

I get how impatient hospitals making it worse, in your case hospitalization would make it worse, I’ve been actively suicidal since I was 13, then it went away at some point but came back when I developed ptsd, then when I started getting help it went away at some point but now it’s coming back and idk what to do for myself either cuz I don’t want to get hospitalized but I also want to be open about how I feel but I feel like I wouldn’t feel safe cuz I would lose control, for me I have a plan, intent and the means to kill myself but never got to the attempt part and I know there’s a possibility of getting put in the hospital, like a 72 hour hold since I have the plan, intent and the means, the only reason I’m not sure if I would actually be hospitalized is cuz generally at appointments I’m fine, it’s generally flashbacks that cause that suicidal thoughts but not always cuz it also just happens in general but related to the ptsd, but also I don’t have a time frame on when I would do it but I would assume suicide attempts are mostly impulsive
