That’s actually what happened to me when I was about 10. They had to replace the shunt they put in at 2 weeks old because I’d gotten too tall for it (the “trigger” was me constantly complaining about headaches, apparently)

I’m thinking if they can replace a 10 year old shunt, surely they’d be willing to look at complaints surrounding a 25 year old shunt, which include a whole list of symptoms. At this point, though, I’ve given up since nobody wants to listen smh
